Lockhart Brownlie
Growing up as a young boy in a small town in launceston Tasmania Locky followed his sisters into the dance studio and never looked back. . Moving to Sydney to train at Brent St studios Locky completed his full time training and moved straight into a role in Wicked the musical. But after a long stint in the show he knew there was other opportunities out there that he wanted to pursue. LA was calling him and despite a few hiccups along the road Locky made it to LA. Since then he has gone onto dance on television shows such as Glee and perform around the world with numerous musical artists. Katy perry, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears just to name a few.
Now Locky is gearing up to run Tasmania Dance Expo and bring people from all around the world to dance in Australia.

Paris Cavanagh
Starting out as a young gymnast who just wanted to dance with her friends. Paris Cavanagh quickly found that her true passion lied in dance. At 13 she headed off to the talent development high school at Brent street where she trained extensively.
Since graduating Paris has become a highly sought after choreographer. She has worked with Guy Sebastian, Samantha Jade, Delta Goodrem, TLC, Little Mix, Jessie J just to name a few.
Paris is highly sought after for her teaching and choreography and has recently been named as the choreographer for the Dream Dance Companies 2021 show. Join us to find out what inspires and motivates one of Australia’s most highly sought after young dancers.

MichaelJon Slinger
Growing up in Queensland, Michaeljon headed over to the United States after winning the Australian dancer of the year and a full scholarship to attend American Ballet Theatre’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis school. From there he became the first Australian to be accepted into the prestigious Juilliard school in New York.
In 2009 MJ made his debut on Broadway as the dance captain on West Side story. He continued working on Broadway in productions such as Billy Elliot, How to Succeed in Business without really Trying, Evita, Matilda and Hello Dolly.
During that time he performed with people such as; Daniel Radcliffe, Ricky Martin and Bette Midler.
Since shifting his career to focus on choreography MJ has worked on many successful Broadway shows including Mrs Doubtfire.

Amy Tasker
Amy Tasker is the founder and owner of Groove Nation. Groove Nation is a company she founded to deliver quality, engaging dance programs to schools.
A dancer all her life, Amy knew the benefits that dance could bring to every child if it was taught in the right manner. Growing up training in all styles, Amy completed full time ballet training before later going on to complete a bachelor of science majoring in psychology and nutrition. She also later completed a bachelor of primary teaching.
Amy now spends her time sharing her passion of dance through her groove nation company. A company designed to support teachers, foster student diversity and inspire creativity and confidence.

Monica Delehanty
Growing up in New York City Monica Delehanty started training in dance at age 3. She danced competitively for a number of years winning numerous regional and national competitions. She was also named as Dancer's Inc.'s "Dancer of the Year". Monica also achieved Onstage New York's Top Scoring Senior Soloist for her solo where she was then scouted by an agency.
Monica went on to train at The Joffrey Ballet School in NYC under their Jazz & Contemporary Trainee Program. She danced at Broadway Dance Center and became a member of Team Capezio. From there she moved to Los Angeles to follow her career in Commercial Dance. She attended Studio School LA and has since been seen on Modern Family, Comedy Central, and Big Little Lies. Monica continues to dance, model, choreograph and teach.

Jessica McGaugh and Roma Sur
Jessica McGaugh is an award-winning independent film director, cinematographer and editor. Her work has been screened internationally including the Mumbai International Film Festival, Denver Film Festival, NDTV and Rocky Mountain PBS. Jessica is currently teaching in the Film & Television Program at the University of Colorado Denver.
Roma Sur is a filmmaker and faculty member at the Film and Television program at the University of Colorado, Denver. Her feature documentary, "The Golden Hour" won the Best Documentary Award at the Indian Film Festival of Houston, 2013, and was broadcast nationally on NDTV, India in 2015.
Together they have created a new film celebrating the way people connect through the performing arts. Three Worlds, One Stage.

Holly Robinson
Holly Robinson is a dedicated and passionate young lady with the world at her feet. At ten years of age she already has a number of national and international titles to her name. Holly has been crowned Dancer of the year twice, won Get the Beat national champion and Dancelife Unite national champion. She has also competed overseas and was awarded KAR Miss USA. Holly is an assistant for Rebecca Davies Radar Technique which has given her the opportunity to travel around the world. She has also been selected as a Bloch young artist and is an ambassador for a number of dance companies. This young hardworking dancer has many ambitions and is one to keep your eye out for in the future.

Mitchell Jackson
Mitchell Jackson grew up training in Ontario Canada in jazz, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, and musical theatre. Within two years as a competitive dancer, he had won multiple awards. He then went on to train in Toronto, New York and Los Angeles. As a dancer, he has appeared in multiple television shows and music videos by leading artists. In Los Angeles, he taught at the Millennium Dance Complex. Mitchell continues to work with dance studios and competitions across North America as a choreographer, teacher, and adjudicator. He has also created his own dance competition OTF – The Ultimate Dance Experience and is the director of Intrepid Dance Company. Mitchell works closely with Briar Nolet and even choreographed for her on World of Dance and when she toured with Jennifer Lopez.

Matthew Gode
Matthew Gode is an artist renowned for his unique and creative choreography. Growing up Matthew struggled with the idea that he never quite fit into the predesigned model of what people thought a dancer should be. Through that experience he decided to embrace his individuality and create an iconic style. Heavily influenced by the world of fashion Gode’s choreography is cutting edge and always pushes the boundaries. Matthew continues to choreograph for television , corporate functions, charity events, music videos and live performances both nationally and internationally. He works extensively in the fashion and performing arts industries and continues to bring his individual style to everything he works on.

Tara Bajan
Tara Bajan is a young woman with the world at her feet. She first strapped her dancing shoes on at the age of 4 and hasn’t looked back since. Tara has won countless titles and championships at various competitions in and around Australia. She has been crowned: Miss Rainbow Australia, Miss Starpower Australia, Follow your Dreams National Champion and GTB Overall Highest Scoring Teen. Tara has also worked in Singapore with Get The Beat and performed in the 2019 Dream Junior show, as well as Dream Junior Australia. She has travelled around the world assisting Rebecca Davies on her Radar Technique Tours. Tara is renowned for her incredible turns and leaps. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.

Sarah Alice Burns
Sarah Alice Burns is a professional dancer, model and artist development coach who grew up in Australia. After several years of working overseas as a dancer, Sarah took a leap of faith and moved to Los Angeles. After landing her first job as a dancer for Usher at the 2010 American Music Awards her career skyrocketed. She landed the Dream job dancing for Beyoncé for 4 years. Sarah performed with Beyoncé at Super Bowl, various award shows, feature films, multiple world tours and music videos. In 2019, Sarah created Industry LA; a professional dance program designed to educate professional dancers from all over the world on how to understand, navigate and gain success in the highly competitive LA dance scene.

Lauren Ritchie
Lauren Ritchie grew up as a highly competitive dancer with big dreams to make it professionally. The reality of the difficulties that come with making that transition and the challenges Lauren faced herself led her on the journey to become a mental skills coach. In researching and educating herself she realized that there was a lack of these skills being taught to young dancers. Lauren now facilitates and speaks at a number of workshops and studios throughout Canada. Her goal is to guide dancers to overcome their mental barriers and break through to a new personal level of excellence. Lauren also hosts The Dance Podcast which has some incredible guests with the most inspirational stories.

Morgan Choice
Morgan Choice grew up dancing and training at Brent Street in Sydney Australia. She landed her breakthrough job dancing in Fame the musical and never looked back. Since then her career has sky rocketed. Morgan has danced for many International Artists and Australian artists such as Taylor Swift, Kylie Minogue, Ricky Martin, Jessie J, Wynter Gordon, Sam Sparrow, Jessica Malbouy, Flo Rida and Tina Arena. She has also been a resident and featured dancer on shows such as The X Factor Aus, The Voice Aus, Australian Idol, American Idol, and So You Think You Can Dance Aus.
Morgan has also appeared in blockbuster movies including The Great Gatsby, Dirty Deeds and The Matrix Reloaded. She even landed the dream job of dancing in the Britney Spears "Piece of Me" residency in Las Vegas.

Stephanie Rutherford
Stephanie Rutherford is an award winning choreographer and teacher based out of Canada. Stephanie has received much recognition in both professional, convention and competitive environments for her thought provoking work. She is the artistic director and founder of the professional dance company "Rutherford Movement Exchange" as well, the host of the annual elite dance workshop entitled "The Dance Intensive". Stephanie was selected as a finalist for the Capezio Ace Awards for Choreographic Excellence in New York City. She has also traveled to Vietnam as a selected international guest choreographer for HTV's So You Think You Can Dance Vietnam and worked with networks such as MTV Canada and Slice TV.

Chris Haines
Chris Haines is a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher. He began his training at the Vanessa Lee Dance Academy in Wollongong, a school where he now teaches future generations of performers. Chris completed his Certificate IV in Performing Arts at Brent Street Studios before embarking on an exciting journey as a featured dance on Carnival Cruise Lines.
Chris has also performed in the Ben Hur Arena Spectacular, The Island Of Doctor Moron, the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert Gone Too Soon, So You Think You Can Dance Australia, Dance Academy and Bonnie Lythgoe’s Cinderella.
Chris is passionate about sharing his training, knowledge and experience with the next generation of dancers.

Dustin Wolf
Dustin Wolf is a professional dancer and choreographer from Canada. He has stared in film/television, national commercials, modelling, print, and product design. Dustin has appeared in Netflix’s Julie and the Phantoms and the latest upcoming film from Disney, Sneakerella. Over the course of his career, Dustin has accumulated many acclaimed recognitions and awards. Having been awarded the titles of junior, teen and Mr. Dance of Canada, NYCDA junior and senior male outstanding dancer, JUMP VIP, multiple highest scoring soloist, and many more. Dustin was scouted at the NYCDA nationals where he was awarded a prestigious dance scholarship to attend Point Park University. Dustin then moved to Los Angeles where he was scouted and signed by one of the top talent agencies.

Lisa Anne Hammer
Lisa Anne Hammer is the Director and Founder of TDC The Dance Company in Melbourne. She launched TDC in 2010 as a dedicated training facility to develop dancers using her own unique methods and approaches to performing arts training.
With an Honours Degree in Child Psychology from The University of Melbourne, Lisa’s unique perspective, experience and abilities with children of all ages allows her to get the very most out of them - in and out of the studio.
Lisa has a true passion for connecting with and training eager students to help realise their potential as performing artists - which is demonstrated year after year with TDC and the talent it produces.

Isobel Kinnear
Isobel Kinnear is an 18 year old dancer with the world at her feet. Currently training at Brent Street Studios Isobel has a wealth of experience for such a young age. She has been crowned both Showcase Dancer of the Year and Get The Beat National winner. Isobel has travelled overseas to compete and dance on a number of occasions. Recently she was signed to Presley Management, a fresh direction for Jeep Management. She is currently gearing up for her performance in The Dream Dance Companies Iconic show.
Isobel is a down to earth, humble and joyous person to talk to. We can’t wait to see where her journey leads her.

Jeff Dimitriou
Jeff Dimitriou is a megahouse Industry choreographer, director, and artist. Jeff has an extensive list of film and television credits including ; Schitt’s Creek, The Next Step, Blues Clues & You, ODD Squad, Anne of Green Gables, Lucky Seven, Carrie, Degrassi: Next Class, Hellcats, Twilight: Breaking Dawn Saga, Mirror, Mirror, So You Think You Can Dance Canada, and SuckerPunch. Jeff was named Head Choreographer of the 2015 Pan American Games Closing Ceremonies and the 2015 Parapan Opening Ceremonies. He was a key member of the choreography team with the critically acclaimed Cirque Du Soleil, where they choreographed and directed the 2012 Opening Ceremonies for the FIFA World Cup in Azerbaijan. Jeff has created his own company and serves as Artistic Director/CEO of JDX Entertainment.

Millie Slennett
Millie is a professional dancer, freelance choreographer, creative director, adjudicator and host of The Dance Pod Podcast.
She grew up training in all styles of dance. After graduating from Newtown High School of The Performing Arts, Millie completed her full-time dance training in New York City with Broadway Dance Centre at the age of 19. Whilst over there, she appeared as a dancer on Good Morning America, featured in a music video for Bray entertainment and took part in various flash mobs, corporate and charity events.
She is a qualified Acrobatic Arts instructor, with over 11 years of teaching experience in most genres. Millie’s most recent performance and choreographic credits include: Choreographing for LOcREaDO Dance program, Teaching at Sydney Dance Company, and Creative directing/choreographing for NSW Department of Education.

Mitch Wynter
Mitch Wynter is one of Australia's most exciting up and coming contemporary dances. He may not have started training until he was 12 but once he started he never looked back.
During his training he studied full time at Queensland National ballet school, Dance Force and Ev and Bow.
He very quickly found success winning National Titles and heading overseas to compete internationally.
Mitch has appeared in two shows from The Dream Dance Company including their latest show, Icon. Mitch has also travelled around the world performing with Cirque Du Solei.
Due to current travel restrictions we are now fortunate to have Mitch back teaching, choreographing and dancing in Australia.

Allain Lupien
Allain Lupien has had an incredible career filled with amazing experiences and successes. You might know him best for his role as Lucien in The Next Step but his dance journey actually started when he was a young boy. As a student, Allain studied and competed in Jazz, Tap and Ballet until the age of 19, when he began teaching and performing. He and his wife opened Canadian Dance Company in 1985. Under his direction, CDC has won the highest awards in the major dance competitions in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. His Choreography represented Team Canada in the World Dance Championships in 2005 and achieved the highest medal standings for Canada to date.
His training has produced many professionals in dance who have performed in films such as Hairspray the major motion picture, Broadway Musicals as well as professional ballet companies.

The O'Neill Twins
Starcia and Brooke O’Neill are two incredible dancers and performing artists in their own rights. They have their individual style and personality but it is probably the way they combine that which makes the O’Neil twins such a successful combination. Both in life and on the dance floor these twins fully support each other. Through setback and injury they are there to support each other.
They began dancing at the age of 7 in New Zealand but it wasn’t until they joined Paris Goebell at The Palace that they realized they could make a career out of it.
From dancing around the world and performing for artists such as J Lo they are now taking the musical world by storm. From music production to releasing their own songs we can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two determined and passionate sisters.

Gaynor Hicks
Gaynor Hicks is a highly sought after professional dancer from Sydney, Australia. She started dancing at the age of 3 and trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre & hip hop. She made her theatre debut as a featured dancer and dance captain for the world tour of The illusionists 2.0 and also made her musical theatre debut in the ensemble of Saturday Night Fever. Gaynor has had the pleasure of working alongside many international and Australian recording artists such as: Ricky Martin, Zara Larsson, Little Mix, Charli XCX, Samantha Jade, Client Liaison & Havana Brown. She has recently made the leap to LA to pursue her dreams. Since moving to Los Angeles, Gaynor has toured both nationally & internationally with Latin artist J Balvin.
Most excitingly Gaynor has recently achieved her dreams of dancing with Justin Bieber. This is certainly one driven and passionate dancer with the world at her feet.

Emma Pilcher and Tatum Pilcher
Emma is a Strength and Conditioning coach who works with athletes across all range of sports to help them achieve their optimum potential.
She has a degree in teaching and qualifications in; strength and conditioning, personal training, sports coaching and pilates.
Emma has been teaching and coaching for over 20 years. Throughout her career she has worked in professional sport and now chooses to focus on the area of youth coaching and development. She spends a large portion of her coaching hours working with dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders on strength, total body conditioning with a special interest in flexibility and core strength and stability.
Emma’s daughter Tatum is a phenomenal young dancer. At only 14 years of age Tatum has already been crowned Dancer of the Year twice. She has travelled overseas to the World Dance Movement, been a member of the Dream Creative and is an International Dance Technique Assistant.

Melissa JJ Moore
Melissa JJ Moore is a Toronto based choreographer and producer.
She began her formal dance training at 7. She then pursued her post-secondary education at Ryerson University, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Dance Performance.
JJ took her creative skills to the TV and film industry from the moment she moved to Toronto. As a commercial dancer, JJ has contributed to TV shows and films, such as; The L.A. Complex, I, Martin Short Goes Home, Lost Girl, Silent Hill, Skins, The Strain, Bomb Girls, Much Music Video Awards, The Next Step as well as commercials and live events.
JJ has also had incredible success as a choreographer. She choreographed her first official project at 13. Since then, she has worked on many film and television projects including; The Next Step, Lost Girl, Wingin It, A Nutcracker Christmas, Little Italy and Backstage.
Recently JJ launched her own dance training progam, JJ Dance Arts. JJ provides a unique and inspired way of training the next generation of dancers.

Kate Wormald
Kate Wormald is one of Australia’s most respected performers and creative artists. Her success as ‘Australia’s Favourite Female Dancer’ on So You Think You Can Dance, Australia Series 1, skyrocketed an already successful career to new highs. As an artist she has worked with some of the world’s best. Kate has worked on films such as Baz Luhrmann's Elvis, Happy Feet, Happy Feet 2, The Wilds, DORA and the Lost City of Gold, Seriously Red and Goddess. Kate has been involved in the creation of memorable moments on stage from large scale events to corporate celebrations. Over a career spanning 25 years, Kate has worked with some of the world’s biggest names in the music and film industry from all over the globe. Some of these include Jennifer Hudson, Tom Hanks, Ricky Martin, Fifth Harmony, Robbie Williams,, Noah Cyrus, Kelly Rowland, KE$HA, Delta Goodrem, Dannii Minogue, Jamelia, Macy Gray and Guy Sebastian.

Simeon Qsyea
Simeon Qsyea is a dancer, director, photographer and choreographer who has had an expansive career in many parts of the entertainment industry .During his dance career he performed with people including; Dizzie Rascal, Will.I.AM, Alexandra Burke, and JLS. He also danced at shows including The BAFTA Awards Ceremony, MTV Awards, MOBO Awards, and The Brit Awards. He has been a Creative and Performance Choreographer on “So You Think You Can Dance?”, around the world as well as having choreographed key commercial campaigns. He is the co-founder of BirdGang , which is a theatre and film company. Simeon can also be seen on screen as an Expert Judge on TV talent show “Taking the Next Step” .

Isabelle Bitsikas
Isabelle Bitsikas is a 13 year old dancer with the world at her feet. This young dancer from The Dance Company in Melbourne started dancing at just 2 years of age. She has been crowned both DanceLife unite National Champion and Get The Beat National Champion.
Isabelle has also travelled the world as an assistant for Rebecca Davies and her Radar Technique. She is an absolutely incredible dancer with so much maturity for her age. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.

Brennan Clost
Brennan Clost is a phenomenal young Canadian dancer and actor. He is renowned for his role as Daniel on the hit television show The Next Step. Growing up he proved himself to be a highly competitive and versatile dancer. He was awarded Mr. Onstage New York, Mr. Showbiz , and a Silver Medal at the World Showdance Championships.
He then went on to attend the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.
More recently Brennan has found a love for acting and has gone on to play a lead role in the Netflix series Tiny Pretty Things.
However, it hasn’t all been without its challenges and struggles. At times he has battled with bullying and self doubt. Through it all Brennan has remained committed to following his dreams.

Renee Ritchie
Renee Ritchie is a small town girl making a big name for herself internationally. She grew up dancing in Tasmania Australia. After finishing high school she headed to Brent Street, Sydney where she completed her full time dance training. Upon graduating she found herself working hard to land a breakthrough opportunity. That finally came in the form of So You Think You Can Dance Australia.
After finishing 12th there she started experiencing success working with recording artists Tina Area, Redfoo, Ricky Lee and Kylie Minogue.
Making a name for herself in LA Renee has danced and been an assistant choreographer on shows including the Ellen Show, The Latin Grammys and the Peoples Choice Awards.
She has also worked on the Britney Spears Las Vegas residency and with J LO, J Balvin and Paula Abdul.
Episode 98
Natasha Marconi
Natasha Marconi is one of Australia’s most highliy sought after and well respected commercial dancers. She started dancing at just 3 years of age an had a remarkable career in Australia. After graduating full time at Brent Street Natasha started booking jobs in musicals and television. She performed with Artists including Ricky Martin, Taylor Swift, Kylie Minogue, Delta Goodrem, Olivia Newton-John, and Flo Rida.
Tash appeared in Grease and Wicked the musical as well as being a featured dancer on Baz Lurhmann’s The Great Gatsby.
This was all before taking the leap and heading over to LA to see if she could further her career. Despite facing injuries and setbacks along the way Natasha did eventually make her way to Las Vegas where she worked alongside Paula Abdul as a dancer, dance captain, associate choreographer and assistant.

Winston Sky
Winston Sky is an incredible young dancer who is taking Australia by storm. Growing up specializing in hip hop, Winston didn’t start his formal training until he was 11 years of age. It quickly became apparent though that he had both a talent and love for it. He has represented Australia in Solefam and Checkmate. Winston was also a part of a crew that won 4 consecutive world titles at the world hip hop championships. At any opportunity he gets, he loves to share his passion through teaching young dancers and recently was asked to instruct at ADF.
Winston’s highlight of 2021 was thrilling audiences on stage with his role in The Dream Dance Company’s Icon Show.

Briar Nolet
Briar Nolet is an amazing young dancer who first entered the spotlight as a young Richelle on J troupe in the television show, The Next Step.
Over the years she has become one of the longest standing cast members having appeared on every season of the hit television show.
However, it wasn’t actually dancing that was her first passion. Young Briar followed in her parents gymnastics footsteps from a very early age inspired by their Olympic achievements. Concerned about injury her parents introduced her to dancing at age 7 and from that moment she has gone from strength to strength. Apart from her role on The Next Step, she has also graced our screens on World of Dance which then landed her the incredible opportunity of opening for J Lo on tour.

Amelia Kroehnert
Amelia Kroehnert is a hardworking and talented young dancer from Brent Street in Sydney. Amelia was born with a condition called congenital sensorineural hearing loss. Yet it has never held her back. With the assistance of technology, the patience of her support network and her incredible work ethic Amelia has become an amazing dancer.
Being awarded two first places at National level dance competitions, finishing in the top 5 at National Get The Beat and successfully auditioning for roles in Bonnie Lythgoe’s pantomimes have all been achieved through her passion and commitment to dance.
Throughout the interview Amelia describes the challenges she has been through but also the way these have made her the strong young woman she is today.

O'Shani Cardwell
Elle Dimos is a 15 year old Australian dancing superstar. She has won numerous national and international titles. These include; Showcase Dancer of the Year, KAR USA National Champion, Dancelife Unite National Champion and GTB National Champion. Elle has assisted many amazing choreographers in various film projects and workshops. Dance has taken her to overseas to compete and perform on an International level. One of her greatest achievements was being announced the Rising Star at ADF. In this episode we discuss all of those achievements and more with the incredibly humble and down to earth star. Remember this name, Elle has a bright future ahead.

Kate and Nick Dimakis
Kate and Nick Dimakis are dance photography experts. Together they created and own Pointe Shoot Love Photography.
Inspired by her own love of dance, Kate’s knowledge as a dancer helps to ensure that they are able to capture incredible stage and studio shots. Nick also has plenty of experience having trained as an acrobatics teacher. Their mission is to provide dancers with quality photos that they can be proud of and that will last as memories for years to come. They have a proven eye for capturing even the most challenging stage shots right at the perfect moment. Their years of experience ensures that every dancer has a range of quality photos.

Alysha Percy
Alysha Percy has a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry having appeared on productions for the Disney channel, Saturday Disney, Channel V, ABC 3, and much more. Alysha has spent her time training both in Australia and LA. Alysha has experienced worldwide training including being the Advanced International Elite Protege on The Pulse On Tour in 2016-2017 She was recently appeared in the world famous Monsters Show “REBIRTH. As well working extensively in Australia, Alysha has performed and trained regularly throughout America, Spain, Italy, Mexico and New Zealand. Mia Van Haarlem
Mia Van Haarlem is a 15 year old incredible dancer. Her dance journey started at just 3 years old.
Mia dances at Joanne Williamson Dance Academy where she trains in all styles of dance and attends Newtown Performing Arts High School.
Recently she was awarded both Get The Beat National Champion and Dancelife Unite National Champion. She was also selected as a member of the Dream Dance Creative who performed in Singapore.
Mia is an absolutely incredible dancer who captivates the audience from the moment she enters the stage.
We can’t wait to see where her future takes her.

Chris Duncan
Chris Duncan has been involved in the Dance and Performing Arts Industry for a lifetime. From beginning her career as a dancer and studio owner Chris transitioned to the roles of Agent, Manager, Adjudicator and Producer of Dance related media and competitions.
In 2012 Chris took the reigns at DanceLife and since then has grown the brand phenomenally to now reach 25,000 dancers across Australia with the DanceLife Australia online blog and free information service to the industry.
DanceLife Unite has also undergone massive expansion from a Sydney-based competition to now being one of Australia’s largest troupe and soloist competition.
Recently Chris decided to turn all of this knowledge and experience into a book. Her first book, Dance Boss is a book designed to empower Dance Business owners of all types with the tools, knowledge and experience she has gained over a career spanning 35 years and help fast-track their success and navigate the inevitable highs and lows.

Jackie Scott & Mitchell Fistrovic
Mitchell Fistrovic is an accomplished professional dancer who has graced many stages. He has appeared in many musicals including; Frozen, Chicago, Saturday Night Fever, Aladdin, Strictly Ballroom, Marry Poppins and Wicked just to name a few.
Jackie Scott has 37 years of performance experience and has trained thousands of students. She was the Education and Training Manager at Ausdance Victoria and the Director of The Ministry of Dance in North Melbourne. Jackie is also the founder of Keep Kids Safe in Dance.
Together they have created a unique training program- Rise.
RISE is a week-long holiday program that gives young dancers and singers the opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals to improve their mental health, strengthen their resilience and improve their skills.
RISE is on a mission to lead a culture shift in the performing arts industry and raise healthy and positive young people in the performing arts!

Dylan & Berkeley Ratzlaff
Dylan and Berkeley Ratzlaff are both amazing dancers from Canada who grew up training in all styles of dance and performing in the competition world.
Dylan and Berkeley both appeared on the hit television show The Next Step. They also performed in Disney’s Descendants 3 and most recently Honey Girls.
Together they have also created a very popular YouTube channel -Sweet and Salty.
When they aren’t creating content for their YouTube channel the young ladies are busy teaching and choreographing dance.

Erin Pride (Pompa)
Erin Pompa (Pride) is the host and founder of Dance Boss Podcast as well as the creator of Dancepreneur Academy.
After dancing professionally and then teaching dance at schools for a number of years, she reached a point where her job was not as fulfilling as it used to be. Going in search of ways to monetize her passion Erin created the Dance Boss Podcast and her online coaching program. She is now helping people in the dance industry to find ways to monetize their work in an online space.

Sarah Boulter
Sarah Boulter is one of Australia’s most highly sought after choreographers. As a dancer Sarah was often employed due to her choreographic talent.
She had a very successful career as a dancer working internationally.
Sarah spent two years living in Las Vegas, where she had the amazing opportunity of working in the Celine Dion show A New Day.
As a choreographer she has worked on "Enter The Vortex" by the Dream Dance Company, the television show- Dance Academy, The Opening Ceremony of the Arab Games , SYTYCD UK and Australia season 1, 2, 3 & 4, The Voice and Puberty Blues.
As well as performing and creating Sarah finds passion in teaching. She has taught all around the world receiving much acclaim.
It was because of this passion that she opened Ev and Bow full time training Centre with Lisa Bowmer. Ev and Bow is renowned for its contemporary full time courses and has recently expanded to include a Junior Company.
